What we provide at W Performance

These are our successful programs that we provide to anyone to wishes to join the WP family. Join us now so you can be a part of it.

Our certified and experienced coaches will accompany you in the journey of setting your goals and working towards them with encouragement and a positive attitude. If training on your own is not your thing because you need accompaniment and guidance, we offer you the chance to get one on one sessions with a certified personal trainer. Together you will set your goals, make a plan and work towards the desired results. Minimum term is 8 weeks.

1 on 1 Training with our Qualified Trainer.

8 Week minimum
– 45 min sessions
– 1 x PT session a week
– Access to all W Performance Classes (Booking is essential)
Custom APP programming to meet your goals.
– Strength
– Conditioning
– Hypertrophy
– Basic Lifting Technique (Squat, Bench & Deadlift)
Nutrition guides
– MyfitnessPal – Personalised Macros/Calories targets for you to reach daily/weekly.
– Custom meal plan – Personalised meal plan for you to follow daily. Customised inline with your goals.
Check ins
– Required weekly (first thing Saturday morning). The information required will help us
evaluate your plan & progress every week. Then plan ahead to ensure we’re on track.
W-Performance APP
– You will have access to the W-Performance APP where you can track and see your results you submit, this will also be the central hub for all your programming.
– Access to in APP private message with Coach.

If you manage a company and are looking for a way to increase your teams moral, or you are wanting your own personalized group setting for you and a group of friends in a healthy activity that will not only boost their productivity but also increase their energy, contact us for availability. Minimum term is 6 weeks.

Ideal for small business groups and/or families wanting their own closed workout slot
– 6-week minimum term
– 30 min sessions 
Sessions will be customized to your requirements. Whether you’re all on an inhouse challenge or you’d simply like to work out together. We can offer you high intensity workouts or basic lifting tech classes.

This program is lifestyle based, we focus on breaking habits that have steered you away from your goals by creating new and healthier habits to get you closer to them. – Not recommended for women who are pregnant

Whether you are preparing for a bodybuilding show (IFBB federation), your first CrossFit competition (Novice/Beginners divisions), or simply wanting a customized online plan to get you moving in the right direction – This program is for you. to suit your needs and fit your daily routine. Minimum term is 12 weeks. Tailored Bodybuilding programming by an NZ IFBB Pro Men’s Physique Athlete. With Coach & Athlete experience in Novice & Beginners divisions CrossFit competitions. Personal Trainers
Trainer Hire

If you’re a new PT in town starting up, or a community trainer who needs a Safe facility to train
your fitness group in. We have an intimate fitness studio equipped with gym equipment to help you run your sessions. Safely & indoors for you and your clients.

We have packages to cater to you:

– 3 hours per week – $100 (eg: 3 x 1 hour classes or 2 x 1.5hour classes)
– Joining fee: $99.00
– Open term / cancellation fee: 4 weeks from date of cancellation request.
